S’mores are a favorite summertime treat. The original “Some More” recipe was found in a 1927 Girl Scout Handbook. Since then, they have become a picnic and campfire favorite. Graham cracker crumbs, Kraft Mallow Bits and Ghirardelli Grand chocolate chips are the ‘secret’ ingredients to this delicious cookie! Easy to enjoy with or without a campfire!

Ingredients
- 2⅓ cup flour
- 1¼ cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, room temperature
- ¾ cup brown sugar, packed
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups marshmallow bits
Instructions
- Stir flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl and set aside.
- Beat butter, sugar and brown sugar in a separate bowl until creamy.
- Add vanilla, then one egg at a time.
- Add flour mixture to butter mixture a third at a time. Mix well.
- Stir in chocolate chips and marshmallow bits.
- Refrigerate dough for several hours before baking.
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
