S'mores Cookies
Ingredients
  • 2⅓ cup flour
  • 1¼ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, room temperature
  • ¾ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs, room temperature
  • 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups marshmallow bits
Instructions
  1. Stir flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Beat butter, sugar and brown sugar in a separate bowl until creamy.
  3. Add vanilla, then one egg at a time.
  4. Add flour mixture to butter mixture a third at a time. Mix well.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips and marshmallow bits.
  6. Refrigerate dough for several hours before baking.
  7. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
