For years I have tried making the perfect chocolate chip cookie. I have changed and added ingredients, tried new recipes, new pans and different temps. My perfect chocolate chip cookie recipe is still a work in progress! I love trying new recipes and sharing them with friends and family. Recently, I began a baking course at D’Avolio Institute for Culinary Ed. If you have a favorite recipe and want to share, I will try it and post the recipe.
