Butterfly pretzels are an easy summer treat to make with your family. Only three ingredients are needed, chocolate wafers, mini pretzels and sprinkles. Sprinkles make butterflies colorful and fun!

Ingredients
  • Bag of Mini pretzels and pretzel sticks
  • Chocolate candy wafers
  • Sprinkles
Instructions
  1. Lay two pretzels together to form wings on parchment paper.
  2. Break pretzel sticks into small pieces to form antennae.
  3. Melt candy wafers in microwave, in 30 second increments, stop and stir. May use a candy melter to melt wafers.
  4. Pour melted chocolate into a squeeze bottle.
  5. Squeeze chocolate into each pretzel hole and between pretzels to bond them together. Add a dot of chocolate at the top where antennae meet the head.
  6. Add sprinkles to the wings before chocolate sets.
  7. Cool on parchment paper until chocolate hardens.
Notes
Tip- Keep squeeze bottle with chocolate in a bowl of hot water when not in use to keep chocolate from hardening in the bottle. You may need to use a toothpick to open tip of squeeze bottle as the chocolate begins to harden.
