Chocolate Cupcakes with Vanilla Marshmallow Buttercream Frosting
Ingredients
  • Betty Crocker Super Moist Triple Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
  • 1¼ cups milk
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • Frosting- 1 stick butter, softened
  • ½ jar of marshmallow fluff (8 oz.)
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Milk
Instructions
  1. Betty Crocker Super Moist Triple Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix- follow directions on box, substituting milk for water.
  2. Frosting- Beat together butter and marshmallow fluff.
  3. Add vanilla and mix well.
  4. Alternate mixing powdered sugar and milk until you reach desired consistency.
  5. Pipe frosting using a star tip.
Notes
You may add more marshmallow fluff or powdered sugar to desired consistency and taste.
