Chocolate Cupcakes with Vanilla Marshmallow Buttercream Frosting |
- Betty Crocker Super Moist Triple Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
- 1¼ cups milk
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- Frosting- 1 stick butter, softened
- ½ jar of marshmallow fluff (8 oz.)
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Milk
- Betty Crocker Super Moist Triple Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix- follow directions on box, substituting milk for water.
- Frosting- Beat together butter and marshmallow fluff.
- Add vanilla and mix well.
- Alternate mixing powdered sugar and milk until you reach desired consistency.
- Pipe frosting using a star tip.
You may add more marshmallow fluff or powdered sugar to desired consistency and taste.
