- 1 stick butter (room temperature)
- 3½ cups powdered sugar
- 5 Tbsp. Bourbon
- Ghiradelli dark chocolate melting wafers
- Chopped pecans
- Cream butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add bourbon and mix well.
- Refrigerate the mixture for an hour.
- Using a scoop, make 1 inch balls and place on parchment lined tray.
- Refrigerate until firm, at least one hour.
- Transfer to ziploc bag and freeze overnight.
- Melt dark chocolate melting wafers.
- Dip in chocolate, sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Refrigerate until set.
