Bourbon Balls
Ingredients
  • 1 stick butter (room temperature)
  • 3½ cups powdered sugar
  • 5 Tbsp. Bourbon
  • Ghiradelli dark chocolate melting wafers
  • Chopped pecans
Instructions
  1. Cream butter and sugar until smooth.
  2. Add bourbon and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for an hour.
  4. Using a scoop, make 1 inch balls and place on parchment lined tray.
  5. Refrigerate until firm, at least one hour.
  6. Transfer to ziploc bag and freeze overnight.
  7. Melt dark chocolate melting wafers.
  8. Dip in chocolate, sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  9. Refrigerate until set.
